Failed Connecting. Please Try Again Laterclose Windowplease Close This Window.

Hello!

I accept installed the Gigya module and had all the keys added by Gigya back up.
Although everything is authenticated on the back part, when someone tries to login trough Gigya, this message appears:

"Failed connecting. Please attempt over again later."

How can I solve this? The site is www.zurrapa.net

I got this on the backoffice:
"Gigya validated properly. This site is authorized to utilise Gigya services"

I approximate everything should be fine.

The API keys where all configured by Gigya staff.
Could information technology be some module that should be agile and that Gigya demand to run properly?

This problem is almost certainly related to some sort of misconfiguration of the Gigya API or the API keys for the private networks. Please try posting for help on forum.gigya.com or contact Gigya straight for support. I don't meet anything wrong with the javascript added to the folio by the module.

njjl, just postal service on the regular Gigya Socialize forum there. I do not believe this is a Drupal-specific problem.

Also, make sure your timezone settings are configured properly. I agree that this is almost certainly non a Drupal problem. The primary Gigya forum should be the best place to accost your questions, or else contact Gigya by email, since they fix up your keys.

#4 I've followed this very carefully
#6 I've checked all the Keys many times.
#9 My timezone is set right.

Drupal (the module) says: "Gigya validated properly. This site is authorized to employ Gigya services".

Simply when i try to login trough Gigya (no matter witch button), this bulletin appears: "Failed connecting. Please endeavour again later"
